Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vizit! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our property management services and the rental of our short-stay properties. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
• Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
• Late Check-Out: Late check-outs must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.

4. Property Use and Conduct

• Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests per property depends on the unit capacity.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking: All properties are non-smoking. A fee will be charged for any smoking damage.
• Noise: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during night-time hours.
• Pets: Pets are allowed only in certain properties with prior approval and may incur additional fees.

5. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of 1 night is required and will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.

6. Liability

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions during their stay.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt.
